If you haven’t done it before, observe your children clients and their caregivers in relation to the topics of using the heritage language and plurilingualism, recognition and sense of belonging, caregiver-child relationship in learning processes and technologies usage in the learning process.

Observe if visitors from marginalized social conditions:

• communicate with each other, within and outside the family context 
• use one or more languages, focus especially in ethno-minor heritage language, even in residual forms or in a form of an accent in ethno-major language
• situations of choices of communication language in case the clients use more than one language
• feel comfortable, safe and welcomed in the community center
• both children and caregivers are able to understand and follow the “rules of the house”, if not how do they deal with the preventive actions and sanctions
• use technologies for education and another purposes
